THE ANGLICAN CHURCH OF KENYA STRUCTURE
The polity of the Anglican church of Kenya is the Episcopal church governance. Episcopal church governance is a hierachical form of church governance (Ecclesistical polity) in which the chief local authorities are called the Bishops.The Bishops prcatices aithorities in the diocese. This type of governance has been described in 1st Timothy and 2nd Timothy. The anglican church maintains a system of graphical parishes Organised into diocese. Each diocese is divided into archdeaconaries each headed by an archdeacon. The archdeaconaries are further subdivided into deanaries, headed by a Rural dean.
